It’s recommended that you service your microscope annually if it’s heavily used, or once every two years if it receives lighter use.

What types of microscopes do you service?
Any—we can service compound/light microscopes, stereoscopic, monocular, binocular, trinocular or digital microscopes. The illumination makes no difference either; we can service microscopes that use LEDs, bulbs or external light sources for their illumination.
Do you do volume discounts?
Yes, if you need to service a large number of microscopes, you can take advantage of a volume service discount scheme.
Can we have repeat services scheduled annually?
Yes, we can offer a service contract so that you enjoy the benefits of annually scheduled maintenance with no hassle.
Do we have to ship the microscopes to you for servicing, or is it an on-site visit?
Our full service is an on-site visit by one of our trained engineers, who will carry out your service where it’s most convenient for you and without having to worry about shipping expensive microscopes back and forth!
Do I receive documents afterwards confirming my service has been carried out?
Yes—when you service your microscopes with us, you’ll receive documentation confirming the service with a breakdown of how the service went—including issues highlighted, repairs undertaken and replacement parts fitted.
