In January 2006 we introduced our new direct telephone number 0845 165 0845 for customer services. This rings directly in the customer services team in Bilston without the need to go through our main reception.
This is part of our plans to make it easier for you to contact us.
If our main Bilston head office is busy the 0845 telephone number will automatically transfer you to either our Aberdeen or Paisley branches in Scotland. Our branches can help you, rather than you have to wait to contact us later as they have access to our main computer system and can track orders, quotations, check stock availability and prices.
The 0845 number is charged at a local rate.
If you are transferred to one of our branches in Scotland, then the person answering can also provide the direct dial numbers of the person you were dealing with in our Bilston head office, pass on a message or email the colleagues in another location.
If you are local to Aberdeen or Paisley then the 0845 number will automatically ring your local branch.
Our normal office hours for all locations are 08:30 to 17:00, Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays. Outside normal office hours we have an answering machine for messages.
Please continue to use direct dial telephone numbers, and don’t be afraid to ask for our names and direct dial telephone number of the person you talk to.
We do not intend to cease any of our normal land line telephone or fax numbers, so please continue to use these numbers for all other enquiries outside customer services. These are:
