Login as a registered user, and on the left hand navigation there a number of options to help manage your account.
You can change your details, address books, password, preferences and customisation.
Check your account status by going to "My Account Details", and at the bottom it should show your account status.
Your account will need to be "active" for you to continue shopping online, and if your account shows disabled please contact us to activate your account.
If you are a credit account customer, there should also be a credit limit showing.
